Replacement Doctor Blade for use in HP 5200
The doctor blade (metering blade) is critical for proper toner charging and the regulation of the amount of toner available on the magnetic developer roller (mag roller). Damage to the doctor blade coating or blade surfaces can be difficult to see.If the doctor blade is re-used print defects such as vertical streaking, toner starvation and tire tracking can result. For consistent, defect-free cartridge performance Static Control recommends replacing the doctor blade with each remanufacturing cycle.
